Description: Reaches a length of 8 cm; color is purplish red to pink; the prostomium is long and pointed having four small tentacles at the tip. Habitat: Found in mudflats and gravelly or sandy beaches. Natural History: They are carnivorous, feeding on other worms. and small invertebrates. We found many of these worms at The Evergreen State College beach. |
