Description: About 32 mm wide and 20 cm long; almost colorless cirri; cirri are joined for more than half of their length by fragile membranes which form a funnel; tubes made up of transparent mucus.

Habitat: Found on floats.

Natural History: It is usually found scattered and solitary, commonly found alone among other sabellid species or in groups of ascidians.
